Vacancy: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, with a focus on the transformer and electrical industry 
- Specialize in hardcore headhunting for niche and senior-level technical profiles, including engineering, production, design, testing, and quality functions 
- Source candidates through various channels – LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, internal networks, and industry-specific platforms 
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture 
- Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and plan hiring strategies 
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure timely closure of open positions 
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding 
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring strategies in the electrical and hydropower sectors 
Candidate Requirements:
- MBA in Human Resources, or related discipline 
- Proven track record of hiring for technical and manufacturing roles 
- Strong sourcing, networking, and interpersonal skills 
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously
