Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, with a focus on the transformer and electrical industry
Specialize in hardcore headhunting for niche and senior-level technical profiles, including engineering, production, design, testing, and quality functions
Source candidates through various channels – LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, internal networks, and industry-specific platforms
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture
Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and plan hiring strategies
Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure timely closure of open positions
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
Keep up-to-date with market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring strategies in the electrical and hydropower sectors
Candidate Requirements:
MBA in Human Resources, or related discipline
Proven track record of hiring for technical and manufacturing roles
Strong sourcing, networking, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously
