Vacancy: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, with a focus on the transformer and electrical industry

  • Specialize in hardcore headhunting for niche and senior-level technical profiles, including engineering, production, design, testing, and quality functions

  • Source candidates through various channels – LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, internal networks, and industry-specific platforms

  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture

  • Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and plan hiring strategies

  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure timely closure of open positions

  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding

  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring strategies in the electrical and hydropower sectors

Candidate Requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resources, or related discipline

  • Proven track record of hiring for technical and manufacturing roles

  • Strong sourcing, networking, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously
