We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineering graduates to join our transformer manufacturing operations as Graduate Engineer Trainees. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience in transformer manufacturing, production processes, quality control, testing, maintenance, and engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in transformer manufacturing and assembly activities.
Support production planning and shop-floor operations.
Monitor fabrication, tank manufacturing, core assembly, and related mechanical processes.
Participate in quality inspections and process improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Electrical, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
Prepare production and quality reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Learn and implement manufacturing best practices and lean principles.
Desired Skills:
Strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals.
Basic understanding of transformers, power systems, and electrical machines.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software is preferred.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, willingness to work in a manufacturing and testing environment.
